There are 2 common causes for this:
- You've uploaded the ZIP file labeled, "Unzip Me First". You will need to unzip that main ZIP first. Then, inside that unzipped folder, you will see another ZIP or ZIPs (depending on your purchaes) to upload to Kajabi.
- You tried uploading a landing page template under Website > Design in Kajabi. You will need to upload each individual page template under Website > Landing Pages.
